To open the front trunk, ensure Model S is in Park, and
then do one of the following before pulling the hood
open:
Touch Controls > Frunk on the touchscreen.
Double-click the front trunk butto
Interior Emergency Release
An illuminated interior release button inside the front
trunk allows a person locked inside to get out.
Press the interior release button to open the front trunk,
then push up on the hood.

Removal
Move the front seats to their rearmost positions to allow for
additional access.
Unplug the phone adaptor cable from the USB connector, if
installed.
Pull the two panels off from the sides of the center
