Refrigerant evacuation and recharging
The HVAC and battery coolant circuits are sealed to prevent the
discharge of refrigerant. The refrigerant must be recovered before any
removal of system components using the recommended equipmen
Debris or moisture in the A/C system
Internally or externally damaged components can cause debris and
moisture to enter the A/C system. Perform the following procedures if
debris or excessive moisture ingress is suspected.

Pump - Windshield Washer Reservoir (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove the front LH upper wheel arch liner (refer to procedure).
Position a container to collect any spillage.
Disconnect the washer pump connector.
Release the washer tube from the pump and drain any fluid from
the reservoir.
Note: Place suitable abs
Pipe - Low Pressure - Chiller (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Recover refrigerant from the vehicle (refer to procedure)
Remove front skid plate (refer to procedure)
Remove nut (x1) securing pipe retaining plate to chiller TXV
(torque 12 Nm).
Disconnect refrigerant
