dashboard. Can be seen by looking through the
windshield on the driver's side of the vehicle.

Seal - Steering Rack (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Raise and support the vehicle (refer to procedure).
Warning: Do not work on an incorrectly supported
vehicle.
Remove upper intermediate steering shaft (refer to procedure)
Remove steering rack dash seal from shaft.
