Removal
Recover the A/C refrigerant from the vehicle
(refer to procedure).
Remove the 12V battery bracket beam
(refer to procedure).
Release the fasteners (x2) that secure the fuse
box to the front crossmember (torque 6 Nm).
HVAC Assembly (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove cross car beam (refer to procedure).
Recover refrigerant from AC system (refer to procedure).
Disconnect AC connection to HVAC, discard 'O' rings (torque 22
Nm).
