Tesla Model S: Air Line - Air Suspension - Valve Block Exhaust (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle (refer to procedure).
  2. Remove the underhood storage unit (refer to procedure).
  3. Release the fitting from the valve block (torque 3.5 Nm).

    Caution: Plug the line connection to prevent ingress of moisture or dirt.

  4. Release the air line clip.
Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

  • Install a new fitting into the valve block before installing the air line.

    Note: Ensure that the collet is 4.3 mm from the end of the air line to prevent air pressure restriction.

    Check Close panoramic roof glass using touch screen. Connect a laptop with Toolbox to the vehicle. In Toolbox, select Views > Body/Security > Panoramic Sunroof, then select "Calibrate". The sunroof opens and closes. When calibration is complete

    The Keep Climate On, Dog, and Camp settings allow you to keep the climate control system running when in Park, even after you've left Model S or choose to stay inside the vehicle. These settings are useful when it is important to maintain the cabin temperature in hot or cold weather conditions.
