Opening the Charge Port
The charge port is located on the left side of Model S,
behind a door that is part of the rear tail light assembly.
Park Model S to ensure that the charge cable easily
reaches the charge port.

Plugging In
If desired, use the touchscreen to change the charge
limit and the charging current (see Charge Settings).
To charge at a public charging station, plug the
appropriate adapter into the vehicle's ch
Charging Status
Charging status displays on the instrument panel when the charge port door is
open.
Time remaining: The estimated time remaining to charge to your set
limit.

Assembly - Underhood Apron - Front (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove the LH underhood apron (refer to procedure).
Remove the RH underhood apron.
Remove the retainers (x2) that secure the underhood apron.
Carefully release the clips (x7) that secure the front underhood
apron to the slam panel.
Sensor - Level - Windshield Washer Reservoir (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove the front LH upper wheel arch liner (refer to procedure).
Position a container to collect any spillage.
Disconnect the level sensor connector.
Remove the level sensor from the washer reservoir.
