Tesla Model S: Fixed Glass - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace)
Removal
- Remove the front door mirror assembly (refer to procedure).
- Carefully release the quarter glass from the seal and frame.
Installation
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

Open door.
Power seat height adjust fully upwards for access.
Disconnect seat heater module connectors and harnesses (x2).
Release clip securing seat heater module to seat.
Remove seat heater module.
Unplug charge handle from charge port and retry
