Tesla Model S: Lamp - Side Repeater - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Using a suitable tool carefully release fixing lugs (x2) securing side repeater to front fender. NOTE: Wheel arch liner removed for clarity. Caution: Care must be taken to avoid damage to paintwork and exterior trim.
  2. Release side repeater from fender.

    Lamp - Side Repeater - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)

  3. Disconnect side repeater connector.
  4. Remove side repeater.

    Lamp - Side Repeater - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

    Removal Remove the front fascia (refer to procedure). Release the clips (x4) that secure the fascia harness to the fog lamp assembly. Disconnect the fog lamp harness connector.

    Removal Remove the instrument panel side cover assembly (refer to procedure). Remove the screws (x2) that secure the antenna to the side cover (torque 1 Nm). Remove the LF antenna from the side cover assembly.

    Removal Remove the top pad for access to the mesh grille (refer to procedure) Remove the defrost mesh grille. Installation Installation procedure is the reverse of removal. When installing the new mesh grille, ensure that all 4 retaining cli
