Removal

  1. Remove the front LH upper wheel arch liner (refer to procedure).
  2. Position a container to collect any spillage.
  3. Disconnect the level sensor connector.

  4. Remove the level sensor from the washer reservoir.

    Note: Inspect the O-ring for damage and replace if necessary.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

    Note: This procedure assumes that the RH mount has been replaced, but that the shim tools cannot be repositioned to verify proper clearance. If this happens, follow this procedure to adjust the LH side motor mount. Release the 2 bolts that secure the 4-way valve bracket to the body.
