Removal

  1. Remove touch screen surround trim (refer to procedure)
  2. Release hazard warning switch from substrate and disconnect harness connector from switch.
  3. Remove switch.
Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

Switch - Glove Box (Remove and Replace)

Removal

Removal of the glove box switch is identical to the hazard warning switch (refer to procedure) Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

    Removal Power driver's seat fully forward for access. Release clips (x10) securing driver's side upper center console trim to substrate.

     Switch Pack - Driver's (Remove and Replace)

    Removal Remove driver's side door trim (refer to procedure) Move acoustic pad aside to access door trim. Caution: Take care not to damage component(s).

     Switch - Window Lift - Front Passenger's (Remove and Replace)

     Disconnect 12V Power (RWD)

    Warning: If the 12V power supply is disconnected, do not attempt to open any doors with door glass in closed position. Failure to follow this instruction could result in door glass shatter. Note: Before disconnecting the 12V power supply, ensure that the driver's door window is

     Skidplate - Front (Remove and Replace)

    Warning: If the vehicle has air suspension, activate "Jack" mode on the touchscreen before raising and supporting the vehicle. Removal Remove front aero shield (refer to procedure). If equipped, remove the bash plate stamping (refer to procedure).
