Tesla Model S: Cover - Seat back - 2nd Row Seat - RH (Remove and Replace)

Tesla Model S (2012-2026) Service Manual / Seats / Cover - Seat back - 2nd Row Seat - RH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove pivot lock (refer to procedure)
  2. Release and remove latch cover from seat back.

    Cover - Seat back - 2nd Row Seat - RH (Remove and Replace)

  3. Carefully release cover from seat back frame.
  4. Remove cover and foam assembly from frame.

    Cover - Seat back - 2nd Row Seat - RH (Remove and Replace)

  5. Release cover from foam to gain access to hog rings and remove hog rings securing cover to foam
  6. Remove cover from foam.
Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
