Note: This procedure describes how to remove and install
the 2nd generation master charger. If the vehicle is equipped with a
1st generation master charger, refer to procedure 44100202 (refer
Fully clean the area before installing the new charger.
Note: Have an assistant hold up the front of the HVJB
20-30 mm until the coolant hoses have been secured to the
charger.
Warning: Only technicians who have been trained in High
Voltage Awareness are permitted to perform this procedure. Proper
personal protective equipment (PPE) and insulating HV gloves with a

Model S has an occupancy sensor in the front passenger seat that controls the
status of the front airbag.
NOTE: The occupancy classification system (OCS) meets the regulatory
requirement of FMVSS 208 and
automatically detects when inflating the passenger front airbag would be
unnecessary or pote
Removal
Remove RH side trunk trim (refer to procedure)
Remove screws (x3) securing subwoofer enclosure to body (torque
7 Nm).
Disconnect subwoofer harness connection.
Remove subwoofer from vehicle.
