Remove center console carpet.
Caution: Apply contact adhesive to mating faces if
bond has been broken.
Release clips (x4) securing closing panel to dash.
Caution: Take care not to damage component(s).

Seal - Steering Rack (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Raise and support the vehicle (refer to procedure).
Warning: Do not work on an incorrectly supported
vehicle.
Remove upper intermediate steering shaft (refer to procedure)
Remove steering rack dash seal from shaft.
