Removal
Remove the rear center underhood apron (refer to procedure).
Release the retainers (x2) that secure the particulate filter
cover.
Note: Components have been re
HVAC Assembly (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove cross car beam (refer to procedure).
Recover refrigerant from AC system (refer to procedure).
Disconnect AC connection to HVAC, discard 'O' rings (torque 22
Nm).
Actuator - Inlet (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove glove box assembly (refer to procedure)
Disconnect actuator harness connector.
Remove screws (x3) securing recirculation actuator to HVAC
assembly (torque 1 Nm).

Seat Belt Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace)
Warning: If the 12V power supply is disconnected, do
not attempt to open any doors with door glass in closed
position. Failure to follow this instruction could result in
door glass shatter.
Note: Before disconnecting the 12V power supply,
ensure that the driver's door window
TXV Valve - Chiller (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Recover refrigerant from the vehicle (refer to procedure).
Remove the front skid plate (refer to procedure).
Remove the nut that secures the pipe retaining plate to the TXV
(torque 12 Nm).
Disconnect the
