Removal
Remove the rear center underhood apron (refer to procedure).
Release the retainers (x2) that secure the particulate filter
cover.

HVAC Assembly (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove cross car beam (refer to procedure).
Recover refrigerant from AC system (refer to procedure).
Disconnect AC connection to HVAC, discard 'O' rings (torque 22
Nm).
Actuator - Inlet (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove glove box assembly (refer to procedure)
Disconnect actuator harness connector.
Remove screws (x3) securing recirculation actuator to HVAC
assembly (torque 1 Nm).

OK to drive - Schedule service
Your vehicle has detected a condition internal to the high voltage battery
that is limiting the battery's performance.
As a result, maximum charge level and range are reduced. Service is required to
restore full performance.
Your vehicle is OK to drive and charge.

Heater - PTC (Dual Motor) (Remove and Replace)
Warning: Only technicians who have been trained in High
Voltage Awareness are permitted to perform this procedure. Proper
personal protective equipment (PPE) and insulating HV gloves with a
minimum rating of class 00 (500V) must be worn any time a high
